After a run of second placings it was fabulous to see Devil Dan cross the line first this month when racing at Kembla Grange on 12 November. The seven-year-old Tavistock gelding took out the Gordon Macdonald Electrical Benchmark 64 Handicap over 1600m and had the ever consistent Winona Costin as his jockey.
