Luck be a Lady Redwood!
Lady Redwood continues to impress, scoring another win following her last Maiden win at Grafton in July. This time at running at Moruya on 14 August 2022, ridden by Jess Taylor, she easily overtook the field to take out the Mollymook Bowlo Benchmark 58 Handicap 2000m.

Too close to call…
El Lago gave us some excitement on 21 June when he raced at Moruya over 2000m. Chasing local mare Ivira up the final straight, they were neck and neck past the post and a dead heat was declared!
River Mac on a roll…
River Mac was on fire in May with two wins. First up being an exciting dead heat at Wagga on 6 May in the Inglis Rural Property BM 58 Showcase Handicap 1300m. He backed up to win again on 31 May at Hawkesbury, taking out the Jack Primmer Electronics Conditional 1400m....
Maiden win for Direct Affect!
Direct Affect has been chasing a win after placing second and third over six starts. Lucky seven gave him his first win at Gosford on 26 May. He took out the Kelly Partners Accounting 2-3YO Handicap 1600m with Zac Lloyd as his jockey.
Espirito “won by a paddock”
Loved the race caller's description of Espirito's win at Kembla Grange on Saturday 23 April - he won by a paddock! A massive 7 length win for his third start after two previous second placings. Looking forward to seeing what this Bel Esprit gelding can do next.

Highlight of this year's Mollymook Cup Meet was Crystal Waters winning the Bede Murray Memorial Benchmark 58 Handicap 1400m.
Second Start, First Win!
El Roca progeny, El Lago, stepped up this month to score his first win from only his second start. Racing at Moruya on 3 August he showed us some promise of an exciting racing career to come.
Fourth Win From Eight Starts!
Nicci's Song put in a stunning performance at Goulburn on 30 July. The Nicconi filly led comfortably from the start. She maintained her lead and then some, smashing her opposition at the line by an impressive five lengths!
Maiden Win By 4.5 Lengths!
It was a dream run for Nicconi filly, Nicci's Song, at the Sapphire Coast on 29 October. On her third ever start she blew away the opposition with an impressive run and an even more impressive margin of 4.5 lengths. Looking forward to seeing what she can do next.
