Kenny's World was flawlessly ridden by jockey, Tim Clark, in the Group Three Cameron Handicap at Newcastle on 15 September 2010.  Clark's ride from barrier three was superb with Kenny's World hugging the rail throughout, never going around a horse and finishing in a blistering time.  He ran the 1300 metre race in 1:15:39, surpassing the record set by legendary galloper, Luskin Star in 1977.

Kenny's trainer, Graeme Murray, followed in his father's footsteps with a winner in the Cameron Handicap.  Bede has won this prestigious race twice with Crows Before Dawn (1997) and Windsor's Pal (1988).  This win was all the more poignant for Bede seeing his son take the honours with a horse that the Murray family bred.
